Efraim Zuroff, the top Nazi-hunter of Simon Wiesenthal Center, stands in front of a placard reading "Operation last chance - late but not too late" displayed in Berlin, Germany, Tuesday, July 23, 2013. With 2,000 placards in Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne cities the Simon Wiesenthal Center launched another campaign to find and prosecute Nazi war criminals while they are still alive. Efraim Zuroff, the center's top Nazi-hunter, told reporters in Berlin that "Operation Last Chance II" would provide up to euro 25,000 (US$ 32,800) in reward money for information that leads to the investigation and prosecution of war criminals.
