Electrical power poles are seen in front of the skyline on the outskirts of Baranovichi, 150 km (93 miles) south-west of Belarusian capital Minsk, Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Russia's Inter RAO UES will stop electric power supply to Belarus on June 22, a company epresentative told Itar-Tass. "Belenergo was due to transfer the second tranche in payment of the electricity debt before June 20, but said the payment was not possible and asked for a delay until July 5.
