Eliot Spitzer, the former governor who was forced to resign in 2008 amid a call girl scandal, has announced that he will be running for the New York City Comptroller position. Spizter will be facing a few individuals, but most notably, Kristin Davis. She is running as the Libertarian candidate. During the scandal, she was known as the Manhattan Madame and served a few months in jail as a result of the fallout. less
