An emergency response boat is tied near a patch of heavy bunker oil that washed against the rocky shoreline of the Texas City, Texas dyke Saturday Aug. 20, 2011. According to the Galveston County Daily news, an estimated 60 barrels of oil were spilled into the water Friday evening while a barge was being filled at Dock No. 34 in Texas City, Texas. The dyke and the Port of Texas City were closed as crews with the U. S. Coast Guard and Garner Environmental worked to contain the spill.
