Emergency Response vehicles attend a call for a suspicious powder at the Quality inn in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. January 31, 2014. Several suspicious letters that sparked a security scare near the site of this weekend's Super Bowl contained a powdery substance that was not hazardous, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said on Friday. No injuries were reported at the sites around New Jersey and New York where the letters were received, which included at least two hotels and the offices of former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani.
