European Central Bank President Mario Draghi pauses during a news conference inside the Spanish parliament, Madrid, Spain, Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013. Draghi, who earlier met with Spanish political party representatives in Parliament during a closed-door session said it is "inappropriate" and "fruitless" for politicians to push the ECB to influence the euro's exchange rate. The ECB is forbidden by treaty from taking instructions from politicians. Draghi says the bank doesn't target any particular exchange rate but is monitoring the stronger euro's effects on the economy. (AP Photo/Paul White) less
