This evidence photo released by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on July 2, 2013 shows a pressure cooker believed to be used for an improvised explosive device that was found outside the legislature building in Victoria B.C. Police have arrested a Canadian man and a woman and charged them as terrorist suspects for attempting to leave a suspicious package at British Columbia's provincial legislature on Canada Day. John Stewart Nuttall and Amanda Marie Korody were arrested Monday, July 1. The pair has been charged with conspiracy, facilitating a terrorist activity and making an explosive device.
