In a Feb. 19, 2011 photo provided by the Garfield County, Coo., Sheriff's Office, suspect Marcus Bebb-Jones, right, exits a transport van at he arrives after extradition from Britian at Garfield County, Colo., Sheriff’s Detention Facility in Glenwood Springs, Colo. Bebb-Jones is a British resident suspected of killing his wife and dumping her body in western Colorado in 1997. British police arrested Bebb-Jones at his home in Worcestershire, England, in 2009. He is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder, concealing a death and domestic violence. He was extradited after prosecutors said they would seek only a life sentence, not the death penalty, if he is convicted. less
