Toranzo told W Radio station Wednesday he has seen a dramatic rise in organized crime in his state as drug cartels battle for territory, referring to the assassination of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Tuesday near the town of Santa Maria Del Rio, in San Luis Potosi, when he was traveling with a fellow agent from Mexico City to Monterrey. less
