FILE - In this April 15, 2010 file photo, a motorist drops off tax return forms before the deadline outside the Pasadena Post office in Pasadena, Calif. Researchers found that deadly auto accidents increase on Tax Day. The traffic death rate on Tax Day, which usually falls on April 15, was 6 percent higher than on other April days.
