FILE - In an Aug. 1, 2009 file photo, the collapsed main stage at the site of the Big Valley Jamboree in Camrose, Alberta, is shown after a storm. Donna Moore, 35, was crushed by falling scaffolding when the fierce storm tore through the grounds at the Big Valley Jamboree. Almost three dozen charges have been laid after the stage collapse that killed a woman at a country music festival in Alberta two years ago. The 33 charges under provincial occupational health and safety legislation are against three companies involved in putting on the show. (AP Photo/The Canadian Press, Juhn Ulan) less
