FILE - In this Dec. 17, 1989 file picture former Czech Foreign Minister Jiri Dienstbier, right, and Austrian counterpart Alois Mock, left, are cutting off segments of the Iron Curtain wire fencing near Helvin in Czechoslovakia. Jiri Dienstbier, a journalist, anti-communist dissident and the first foreign minister of Czechoslovakia after the collapse of communism, has died. He was 73. The Czech public television and his Senate assistant said Dienstbier died Saturday Jan. 8, 2011 in a Prague hospital. They did not specify the cause of death. (AP-Photo/Rudi Blaha, File) less
