FILE - In this Jan. 16, 2014 file photo, jailed former President Alberto Fujimori enters the courtroom for his trial, seen through a glass window at a police base on the outskirts of Lima, Peru. Fujimori, already in jail serving 25 years for authorizing death squads and corruption, continues on trial for allegedly diverting government funds to finance newspapers that backed his successful run for a third term. Separately, Peruvian prosecutors said on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 they have dropped a criminal investigation against Fujimori and health ministers who served under him over a 1990s mass sterilization program under which thousands of women say they were forcibly sterilized. A lawyer representing the victims said they would appeal. (AP Photo/Martin Mejia, File) less
