File - In this Nov. 29, 2010 file photo, South Korean President Lee Myung-bak speaks to the nation during a press conference at the presidential house in Seoul where he took responsibility for failing to protect South Koreans from a deadly North Korean artillery attack last week. Lee was called the "bulldozer" when he plowed into office nearly three years ago with vows to get tough on troublesome North Korea and stop coddling it with aid unless it meets its commitments to disarm. But the nickname no longer sticks after the North Korea's brazen attack. less
