FILE - This Nov. 9, 2006 file photo shows a photograph of Cornelis Brouwenstijn, bottom center, with other prints and a wallet in the archive at the International Tracing Service (ITS) in Bad Arolsen, Germany. Brouwenstijn's cousin Frank Seiffers received Brouwenstijn's belongings on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010 in Amersfoort, Netherlands, after Dutch researchers traced Seiffers through a 2006 Associated Press report on the 3,500 parcels of belongings that remained unclaimed for more than half a century in the archive in a former Gestapo base in Bad Arolsen. less
