BOCHUM, GERMANY - FILE: A general view of the Opel factory on February 27, 2009 in Bochum, Germany. Newspaper "Wall Street Journal" announced today that Opel, owned by General Motors, allegedly is faced to close his Bochum plant entirely. The plant began operation in 1962 and was part of the so-called German "economic miracle" that brought West Germany, ravaged from World War II, up to the status of a world economic power. The Works Council of Opel disclaimed this announcement. (Photo by Friedemann Vogel/Getty Images) less
