LONDON - SEPTEMBER 30: (FILE PHOTO) Ronnie Biggs, one of Britain's most infamous criminals, for his part in the 'Great Train Robbery' on August 8, 1963, is to make his first press conference appearance since 1963 in the UK on November 17, 2011 in London. Biggs spent 30 years on the run in Spain, Australia and Brazil after escaping from Wandsworth Prison before returning to the UK voluntarily in 2001.
