Taubira, the French Justice Minister when French businessman Tapie was put under formal investigation June 28, 2013 on suspicion of fraud in connection with a 403 million-euro ($524 million) arbitration award he received in 2008 to settle a legal dispute with now-defunct bank Credit Lyonnais.
