FILE - In this Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011 file photo, Seif al-Islam is seen after his capture in the custody of revolutionary fighters in Zintan, Libya. The imprisoned son of Libya’s slain dictator Moammar Gadhafi appeared in court on Thursday, May 2, 2013 on charges of harming state security, but the judge adjourned his hearing until Sept. 19 to allow defense lawyers time to study the case. Seif al-Islam Gadhafi, the ousted leader’s longtime heir apparent, wore a sky blue safari suit and a pair of sandals. He remained standing throughout the 15-minute hearing in the western Libyan town of Zintan. He smiled at times.(AP Photo/Ammar El-Darwish, File) less
