FILE - In this Sept. 22, 2010 file photo, Busra Erdal, a journalist working for Zaman, a major newspaper loyal to the government in its editorial line, seen with her lawyer outside a court house in Istanbul, Turkey. Erdal is accused of attempting to influence the outcome of a fair trial and violating the confidentiality of an investigation. In a report this week, Paris-based Reporters Without Borders ranked Turkey at 138th out of 178 countries on its press freedom index, citing "the frenzied proliferation of lawsuits, incarcerations, and court sentencing targeting journalists." less
