FILE - In this Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010 file photo, an Iraqi soldier secures the scene of a suicide car bomb targeting a crowded commercial area near an AsiaCell store, seen in the background, one of Iraq's biggest mobile phone providers in Baghdad, Iraq. Al-Qaida's front group in Iraq claimed responsibility Friday for two bombings last week in Baghdad that killed at least 31 people at a government security agency and what it termed an "evil" mobile phone provider. The Islamic State of Iraq said in a statement Friday that it targeted the National Security Ministry and an AsiaCell store because they are an inseparable part of the Shiite-led government's crackdown on insurgents.
