FILE in this Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 file photo Anzhi Makhachkala's owner Russian billionaire Suleyman Kerimov watches the game during the Europa League Qualifying phase soccer match between Anzhi Makhachkala and AZ Alkmaar at Lokomotiv stadium in Moscow. Authorities in Belarus on Monday Sept. 2, 2013 issued an arrest warrant for Kerimov who co-owns Uralkali, a Moscow-based potash company as a power struggle over exports of the soil nutrient escalates. The Investigative Committee said in a statement that it charged Suleyman Kerimov in absentia with “organizing abuse of powers” and issued an arrest warrant for him a week after Uralkali’s CEO, Vladislav Baumgertner, was arrested in Belarus on suspicion of “abusing his powers.” (AP Photo/Alexander Zemlianichenko, file) less
