FILE - This is a Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012 file photo of a Cambodian villager as she offers a prayer at a make-shift shrine for newly unearthed skulls and bones at a grave site of Phnom Trungbat in Dau Dantrey village, about 60 kilometers (40 miles) northwest of Siem Reap in Cambodia. Villagers unearthed what could be a mass grave from the Khmer Rouge era with about 20 skulls and some leg bones bound with rope, officials said Monday. Tens of thousands of people throughout the world are listed as missing in armed conflicts and after illegal arrests, detentions, abduction or any other form of deprivation of human rights and liberty. On the International Day of the Disappeared on Thursday Aug.30, 2012 the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) called on all governments to provide answers to families on the fate and whereabouts of the missing persons.
