FILE - This undated file photo provided by the FBI shows Kenneth Conley, one of two inmates who escaped from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in downtown Chicago on Dec. 18, 2012 by scaling down 17 stories, using a rope fashioned from bed sheets and dental floss. The escape got Conley an additional three and a half years in federal prison, but not without speaking his mind to the judge at his sentencing Mon. Feb. 24, 2014. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Conley told U.S. District Judge Gary Feinerman to "stick it" after Feinerman tacked the latest sentence on to 20 years Conley's already serving for robbery.
