FILE - This undated file photo provided by the U.S. Attorney's Office shows Ronell Wilson who was convicted in the cold-blooded killing of two New York City police officers. A court of appeals in New York threw out Wilson's death sentence in 2010, after concluding that prosecutors made legal errors during the penalty phase of the trial that ended in Wilson being sentenced to death for the March 2003 robbery and murder on New York's Staten Island. While he awaits resentencing, Wilson has been thrown into solitary confinement but his lawyers say he's been a model prisoner and are demanding to know why he's been segregated at a Brooklyn lockup.
