Filipino journalists shout as they burn an effigy of a backhoe to commemorate the first anniversary of the country's worst election-related violence outside the National Press Club in Manila, Philippines, Tuesday Nov. 23, 2010. Philippine President Benigno Aquino III promised justice for at least 57 people, including 32 media workers, massacred in southern Maguindanao province a year ago amid concerns that politically powerful suspects will be spared. A backhoe was said to be used by the suspects in digging the mass grave and also burying the bodies. less
