LONDON, ENGLAND - OCTOBER 07: Sports commentator Clive Tyldesley addresses an audience in the Ballroom of Buckingham Palace at an event to honour The FA's 150 Grassroots Heroes on October 7, 2013 in London, England. 150 volunteers who work to support grassroots football. were presented with a medal by The Duke of Cambridge and Greg Dyke, the Charmian of the Football Association. To celebrate 150 years of the FA, an official Southern Amateur League fixture football match will take place in the grounds of Buckingham Palace between two of the oldest amateur clubs in England. The match will be played between Civil Service FC, the sole surviving club from the eleven that met to create The FA in 1863, and Polytechnic FC, which was formed in 1875.
