Fishermen prepare for fishing on their boats at Matsukawaura fishing port in Soma, Fukushima prefecture, in this photo taken by Kyodo September 25, 2013. Local fishermen in Fukushima Prefecture restarted operations on Wednesday suspended in late August due to contaminated water from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant leaking into the ocean.
