A fourth day of heavy rain has brought further flooding to Fort Worth and North Texas on Wednesday, June 25. Flash flooding caused difficult driving conditions for motorists in Fort Worth, Saginaw and Arlington while the storms knocked out power for around 5,000 Oncor customers.
