BANGBUATHONG,THAILAND - OCTOBER 24: Thai residents are towed across flood waters in a duck boat on October 24, 2011 in Bangbuathong, Thailand. Hundreds of factories have closed in the central Thai provinces of Ayutthaya and Nonthaburi as the waters threaten Bangkok. According to the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation around 350 people have died in flood-related incidents since late July.
