Florida energy magnate William Koch smiles as he leaves Manhattan federal court, Thursday, April 11, 2013 in New York. A jury agreed that California businessman Eric Greenberg had sold Koch 24 bogus bottles of vintage wine at a 2005 auction and awarded him $380,000 in compensatory damages. Jurors return to court Friday to decide whether punitive damages will be owed as well. Koch, a yachtsman who won the America's Cup in 1992, said of the verdict: "It's a homerun!"
