Former Argentine soccer star Diego Armando Maradona poses for photographers as he arrives at a press conference he held to discussed his tax feud with the Italian authority, Rome, Friday, Feb. 14, 2014. As Italy's tax collection agency Equitalia is demanding him to pay off a tax debt of 40 million euros, Maradona, who was joined at the press conference by lawyer Angelo Pisani and member of European Parliament Enzo Rivellini, announced he appealed to the European Parliament to overturn this decision. Maradona's Italian debts stem from alleged unpaid taxes during the time he played for Napoli from 1984-91, when he helped the club win its only two Serie A titles.
