Former Guatemalan dictator Efrain Rios Montt (C) looks over his lawyers during a hearing at the Supreme Court of Justice in Guatemala City, November 19, 2013. Montt was found guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity during the bloodiest phase of the country's 36-year civil war and was sentenced to 80 years in prison for the Supreme Court of Justice on May 10, 2013.
