Former mayor of Tijuana, Jorge Hank Rhon, gestures during a news conference in the lobby of his flagship casino in the northern border city of Tijuana, Mexico, Monday June 20, 2011. The 55-year-old gambling magnate and former mayor says he has no hard feelings toward Mexican officials following his 10-day imprisonment after a military raid that yielded an arsenal of illegal weapons in his house. Hank Rhon was freed last week after a judge dismissed the charges against him because of a lack of evidence and inconsistencies in the raid. Behind Hank Rhon is a mannequin of the mascot of the soccer club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente, which he owns. (AP Photo/Alejandro Cossio) less
