In this Friday, Dec. 17, 2010 picture, Isaac Fletcher pulls his newly-adopted brother, Sevil, in a sled at their home in Penfield, N.Y. Amid so much death and destruction in post-earthquake Haiti, an unprecedented commitment by the U.S. government allowed children in the adoption pipeline to be airlifted swiftly to America even though their paperwork was incomplete. In all, about 1,150 Haitian children have been placed with adoptive families across America. less
