This combo made from product images provided by DC Entertainment shows a digital issue of "Batman Beyond" as seen on an iPad, and a digital issue of "Arrow" as seen on a Kindle Fire HD. In a nod to the expanding reach of tablets like iPads, Kindles and Nooks, DC Entertainment says it has begun selling all of its monthly comic book titles through e-stores operated by Apple, Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The move comes as comic book publishers increasingly embrace digital platforms as they attempt to augment print sales in traditional comic book shops and stores by making it easier for first-time and casual buyers to buy and read comics instantly.
