Obama: ‘You're likable enough, Hillary’
In a moment that seemed more high school than high-minded, Sen. Clinton was asked what she would say to New Hampshire voters who liked her résumé but liked Sen. Obama's personality more. The two then had this awkward exchange . "Well, that hurts my feelings," Clinton said to applause and laughter. "But I'll try to go on …"He's very likable," Clinton added. "I agree with that. I don't think I'm that bad." Obama, who seemed engrossed with writing a note, looked up and added, "You're likable enough, Hillary." Then continued to focus on what he was writing. "I appreciate that," Clinton said, laughing. Obama's graceless gaffe perhaps didn't help his chances in the New Hampshire primary -- he lost to Clinton. But ultimately, he won the presidency -- and promptly appointed Clinton as his secretary of State. Bygones. (REUTERS/Matt Sullivan) less
