Republican Randy Richardville says the debate will have to wait until a group of senators studying the issue submit their proposal. Contrary to some reports, Fentanyl was not found in Cory Monteith's system, the British Columbia Coroner's Office confirmed to Celebuzz today. The prescription drug is used to treat acute and chronic pain, usually in patients who no longer respond to high doses of less potent opioids such as morphine or oxycodone. Monteith died from a "mixed-drug toxicity," involving alcohol and heroin, an autopsy revealed on July 16th. Two U.S. government watchdogs warned of possible delays in the scheduled October 1 start of new state healthcare exchanges, raising further doubts about the implementation of President Barack Obama's signature legislation. less
