An "ultra-rare" watch by Swiss watchmaker Patek Philippe from musician Eric Clapton sold for $3.6 million by Christie's. Only two of this particular model were cased in platinum. Made in 1987, it's described as a "platinum perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatch with moon phases." The watch had an estimated value of $2,668,650 to $4,278,080 or 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 Swiss francs
