Human rights activist Shin Dong-hyuk speaks during a Reuters interview in Washington December 19, 2013. Seoul-based North Korean human rights activist Shin is the only person born in a North Korean labor camp known to have escaped from the country. He said in an open letter in the Washington Post that retired U.S. basketball star Dennis Rodman should talk to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un about human rights abuses in North Korea during his visit. However, Rodman said on Thursday he was not going to North Korea to talk about politics or human rights, but to visit his friend Kim and to coach basketball. Letters behind Shin refer to "Human Rights in North Korea". REUTERS/Gary Cameron (UNITED STATES - Tags: POLITICS HEADSHOT) less
