This image provided by Quinnipiac University of an oil on canvas painting by Lilian Lucy Davidson titled "Burying the Child," is among the artwork on display in Ireland's Great Hunger Museum on the school's campus in Hamden, Conn. School officials say the museum, which will open on Oct. 11, 2012, has the world’s largest collection of visual art, artifacts and printed materials related to the famine from 1845-52, when blight destroyed virtually all of Ireland's potato crops.
