Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton, center, gestures as he speaks during a news conference along with Willy Ferrer, left, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010 in Miami. Morton said that an ICE-led port security initiative has led to the indictment of 10 people in Miami on drug smuggling charges, six of those charged worked as longshoremen at the port. The ring involved an estimated $6 million in cocaine, heroin and marijuana brought on container ships from Costa Rica, Panama and Jamaica. less
