DECATUR, IL - FEBRUARY 18: Gayle Bush, an inmate serving a 42-month sentence for DUI, holds six-week-old Lillian, the child of another inmate in the common area of her ward at Decatur Correctional Center February 18, 2011 in Decatur, Illinois. Bush works as a child caregiver at the facility, helping mothers with their children. Lillian, who was born while her mother was serving a two-year sentence for theft, lives with her mother at the prison, part of the Moms with Babies program at the minimum security facility. The program allows incarcerated women to keep their newborn babies with them for up to two years while serving their sentence.
