Iraqi security personnel look at the ruins of a vehicle, which was part of a convoy, after a bomb attack in Baghdad September 15, 2013. Riyadh al-Adhadh, the deputy head of Baghdad's provincial council, survived the attack on his convoy in the Iraqi capital on Sunday, police sources said. The police said the bomb exploded as Adhadh's convoy was passing through al-Maghreb Street in the city, damaging one vehicle in the convoy and wounding two bodyguards, adding that al-Adhadh escaped unharmed.
