Italian dairy giant Parmalat founder Calisto Tanzi, with a medical tube attached to his nose, is escorted by penitentiary police officers as he arrives for an appeal trial hearing, in Bologna, Italy, Monday, March 26, 2012. Tanzi in 2010 was convicted of fraudulent bankruptcy and criminal association in Europe's largest corporate failure, the euro 14 billion failure (US$18 billion) of his dairy empire in 2003.
