Japanese businessmen wait to cross a traffic intersection at downtown Tokyo Friday, Dec. 9, 2011. Asian stocks tumbled Friday after the European Central Bank said it had no immediate plans for a large-scale purchase of government bonds, a move investors had been counting on to help ease the region's debt crisis. Japan's Nikkei 225 index fell 122.89 points to 8541.69 in the morning session. (AP Photo/Koji Sasahara) less
