LONDON, ENGLAND - MAY 03: Deputy Assistant Commissioner Rose Fitzpatrick addresses the media outside the inquest into Ian Tomlinson's death on May 3, 2011 in London, England. An inquest jury has ruled that Mr Tomlinson, a 47 year old newspaper seller, was unlawfully killed by a Metropolitan Police officer during the G20 protests on April 1, 2009. The Crown Prosecution Service are to review the case against PC Simon Harwood who hit Mr Tomlinson with a baton and pushed him to the ground shortly before his death.
