Kevin Chenais puts on his jacket as he sits in his mobility scooter in front of an ambulance at St Pancras in London, Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013. Kevin, who suffers from a medical condition will travel by ambulance and ferry back to France. Eurostar says it refused travel on its trains to the Frenchman who was earlier stranded in the United States because he was deemed too fat to fly home. The service that connects England to France and Belgium declined to allow Kevin Chenais on board because of safety rules governing travel through the Channel Tunnel. Eurostar says provisions require all passengers to have the ability to be safely evacuated and Chenais' immobility makes this impossible. (AP Photo/Kirsty Wigglesworth) less
