Designed to combine the traits of a high-end luxury cruiser with the power of the fastest car on earth, the Regera has a combined 1,800 hp, with 1,100 from its twin-turbo V-8 and an additional 700 hp from three electric motors. Top speed for the 80 copies Koenigsegg plans to sell for $1.9 million? Maybe 270 mph — not that there's anywhere the Swedish company could really test such a rocket.
