Lance Gokongwei, right, president and CEO of Cebu Pacific, the fastest growing airline company in the Philippines, smiles during a news conference as he announces his company is buying 37 new Airbus planes for $3.8 billion in the largest single aircraft order made by an airline company in the country, Thursday June 16, 2011 at suburban Mandaluyong, east of Manila.
